Our goal is to support your family in the first 12 weeks after birth. 

The postpartum doula provides education, support, and non-medical care for parents and babies.  

We have experience with a variety of families: breast feeding moms, parents of multiples and pre-term infants, adoptive families, same-sex parents, and single parents.

Many families have used us once a week at night so that both parents have a chance to re-fuel on sleep!

Families have used us when one spouse has to travel or when the new parents don’t have extended family nearby.  Doula time makes a great shower gift from long-distance grandparents!
